Account

- Go to "My Account" on the upper right part of the navigation bar 
- From the dropdown menu select "My Profile & Preferences" 
- Select "User Information" 
- Click on "Edit" to the right of the Email address that you would like to change 
- Enter your New E-mail Address in the blank field and then confirm Your new E-mail Address in the second blank field 
- Click "Update" 
- Go to "My Account" on the upper right part of the navigation bar 
- From the dropdown menu select "My Profile & Preferences" 
- Click "User Information" 
- Click on "Edit" to the right of the password 
- Enter your current password 
- Enter your new password and confirm your new password 
- Click "Update" 
On the Account Overview page after logging in, the default display will reflect your most recent 10 orders, simply scroll down the page to see these orders.
Order History offers you the ability to view more results or specific results by using the various Advanced Search functions. Such as:
- - Increase the Number of Results 
- - Enter date range that you would like to search 
- - Specific Order Number or Invoice Number or PO Number (Purchase Order) 
Order History also offers:
- - Ability to view the details of a specific order 
- - Ability to track orders 
- - Ability to view and reprint an invoice on a specific order 
You can also go to order history directly from My Account.
- Go to "My Account" on the upper right part of the navigation bar Click "My Profile & Preferences 
- You should be able to view the account name, address information, telephone and fax numbers

- Go to "My Account" on the upper right part of the navigation bar Select "My Profile & Preferences"

- You can change/update user information on this tab.

- Click on the Payment tab 
- You can add a new card, delete a card or update the expiry date on an existing card.

- You can select the Ship To location just under the header on the right of the page. You will see "Select a location" if none has been selected upon login. 
- Please place a separate order for each ship to location. Ship to location must be selected before checkout. 
On the Order History Page, you can select a Ship To from the Location Selector at the top right on the page. This will result in Order History for that location.
Ordering

After you've clicked the "Yes, Place Order" the last step of your order process is called Confirmation. You will see a "Print" icon, which allows you to print a copy of this order confirmation.
You will also receive an e-mail Order Confirmation.
A list of orders is displayed in the Account Overview page and also in the My Account -> Order History page.
Click the hyperlink for the specific order you would like to track and you will be redirected to Order Detail. If products in your order have shipped, you will see a tracking # under the Tracking # column. Click the tracking # to view the carrier tracking.
- Go to "My Account" on the upper right part of the navigation bar Click on "Invoices" 
- Within the "Search by" section you have various search options: 
- - Search on a specific Order Number 
- - Search on a "PO" (Purchase Order - if applicable) 
- - Search on an invoice date range 
- You have the ability to also increase the Number of Invoices to display per page 
- Go to "My Account" on the upper right part of the navigation bar Click on Open items statements 
- You can view or download to pdf the current open items statement. 
- You can also view or download to pdf the previous months' open items statements. 
Make a payment

- Go to "My Account" on the upper right part of the navigation bar Click on "Make a payment" 
- Select one or more credits to apply by clicking on the checkbox(es) 
- Select the invoice for which the credit is to be applied by clicking on the dropdown 
- Adjust the amount of credit to be applied, if desired 
- Click on Continue 
- Go to "My Account" on the upper right part of the navigation bar Click on Make a payment 
- Select one or more invoices make a payment by clicking on the checkbox(es) 
- Adjust the payment amount, if desired 
- Click on Continue 
Please note you can make a payment for an invoice also by clicking on the 3 dots on the right, the invoices tab of the Financials section on the Account overview page in.
