Go to My Account on the upper right part of the navigation bar.
From the dropdown menu select My Profile & Preferences.
Select User Information.
Click on Edit to the right of the Email address that you would like to change.
Enter your new e-mail address in the blank field and then confirm your new e-mail address in the second blank field.
Click Update.
Click User Information.
Click on Edit to the right of the password.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password and confirm your new password.
On the Account Overview page after logging in, the default display will reflect your most recent 10 orders. Simply scroll down the page to see these orders.
Increase the number of results

Specific Order Number or Invoice Number or PO Number (Purchase Order)
Ability to view the details of a specific order.

You can also go to Order History directly from My Account.

Please place a separate order for each ship to location. A Ship to location must be selected before checkout.
On the Account Overview page after logging in, the default display will reflect your most recent 10 orders including the ship to location for each of the orders. Simply scroll down the page to see these orders.
After you've clicked the Yes, Place Order the last step of your order process is called Confirmation. You will see a Print icon, which allows you to print a copy of this order confirmation.
You will also receive an e-mail order confirmation, sent directly to the User's e-mail address.
A list of orders is displayed in the Account Overview page and also in the My Account -> Order History page.
Click the hyperlink for the specific order you would like to track and you will be redirected to Order Detail. If products in your order have shipped, you will see a tracking number under the Tracking # column. Click the tracking number to view the carrier tracking.

Go to My Account on the upper right part of the navigation bar click on Invoices.
Enter the invoice number in the search field in the search by section.
Click on Apply Filters.
Click on the invoice hyperlink to display and then click on the Click Here To Print or Save as PDF buttons.
Within the Search by section you have various search options:
Search on a specific Order Number.
Search on a PO (Purchase Order - if applicable).
Search on an invoice date range.
You have the ability to also increase the number of invoices to display per page.
Go to My Account on the upper right part of the navigation bar click on Open items statements.
You can view or download to PDF the current open items statement.
You can also view or download to PDF open items statements for previous months.
Go to My Account on the upper right part of the navigation bar click on Make a payment.
Select one or more credits to apply by clicking on the checkbox(es).
Select the invoice for which the credit is to be applied by clicking on the dropdown.
Click on Continue.
Go to "My Account" on the upper right part of the navigation bar click on Make a payment.
Select one or more invoices to make a payment by clicking on the checkbox(es).
Adjust the payment amount, if desired.
Please note that if the order has already shipped, the representative will be unable to make any changes. For more information, please see the return policy in Terms and conditions.
Click on Order Products. Our product catalog displays product prices.
These prices do not include any promotional discounts or savings. To see final prices applicable for you, please select the products and quantities you would like to order, proceed through the order process to Checkout process where all discounts and savings are applied. Please note, your order is not submitted at this point and you can exit the order or empty your cart.
Patient education materials, including posters are available through the Patient Education section. Customers may download the files.
Product Monographs can be found for each product by navigating to Product Catalog and selecting or searching for products.
